I spent my Christmas here, and I gotta say, the cleanliness was on point! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a lot more enjoyable. Plus, the breakfast spread was surprisingly good, and I loved that they offered lunch and dinner too. The lobby's coffee was a nice touch for a cozy vibe!
But, wow, the checkout process was a nightmare! I waited over 40 minutes just to get things sorted, and it felt like no one knew what they were doing. some menu options were lacking—like, where's the simple chicken stew for the older folks? All in all, the service needs major improvement.

They delayed my check-in for an hour without a proper explanation, and when I asked, they just shrugged it off. Totally frustrating and unprofessional!

I really wanted to love this place, but the check-in took forever and they gave me a room that smelled like an ashtray. Absolutely disgusting. Instead of an upgrade or a simple complimentary gesture, i was treated like every other guest-shocking! It's like they've forgotten how to treat special guests like myself. So disappointing!

Highly recommend for solo travelers
The staff were fantastic, especially Kava breakfast crew. They were great, gave me my space as a solo traveler. And Tanushree from IRD were really good, sharing a lovely dessert platter at checkout. Subhojit was really helpful during dinner, securing some muffins for my journey. It was like Indian hospitality in full display here.
It wasn't dirt cheap, but considering the service, it felt acceptable.

I recently spent two nights at this hotel for a getaway with my spouse, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, particularly the front office team who ensured our room preferences were met. We enjoyed delicious meals at KAVA, where the chefs went above and beyond to accommodate dietary needs. The room had stunning city views, and the facilities, including the pool and gym, were well-maintained. Every little detail made our stay feel special.
I recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a really good breakfast with multiple cuisines.
I experienced an unacceptable delay during check-in that lasted over 40 minutes, completely intolerable. The front desk staff seemed indifferent, leaving me in limbo without any updates on my reservation. To.
